Reflection

Embrace Team Dynamics

I learned the importance of adaptability and teamwork in achieving project goals in each team I joined. This role allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of strategic design thinking in a real-world context.

Working Style

I saw my working style and Figma skills evolve through many deadlines and sprints. Managing the task of designing numerous screens improved my efficiency and eye for design, making my first in-house experience even more valuable.
